THC, the active agent in marijuana, interferes with hormones controlling reproduction, reducing testosterone secretion, sperm production, motility, and viability in males, and interfering with the ovulatory cycle in females.

Whether this causes premature ejaculation is not known.

However, the disinhibiting effect of marijuana may initially lead to premature ejaculation.
